Meet ARK

Cathie registered ARK Investment Management LLC (“ARK”) as an investment adviser with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission in January 2014. With over 40 years of experience identifying and investing in innovation, Cathie founded ARK to focus solely on disruptive innovation while adding new dimensions to research. Through an open approach that cuts across sectors, market capitalizations, and geographies, Cathie believes that ARK can identify large-scale investment opportunities in the public markets resulting from technological innovations centered around DNA sequencing, robotics, artificial intelligence, energy storage, and blockchain technology. As Chief Investment Officer (“CIO”) and Portfolio Manager, Cathie led the development of ARK’s philosophy and investment approach and has ultimate responsibility for investment decisions.

Prior to ARK, Cathie spent twelve years at AllianceBernstein as CIO of Global Thematic Strategies where she managed over $5 billion. Cathie joined Alliance Capital from Tupelo Capital Management, a hedge fund she co-founded, which in 2000, managed approximately $800 million in global thematic strategies. Prior to her tenure at Tupelo Capital, she worked for 18 years with Jennison Associates LLC as Chief Economist, Equity Research Analyst, Portfolio Manager and Director. She started her career in Los Angeles, California at The Capital Group as an Assistant Economist. Cathie received her Bachelor of Science, summa cum laude, in Finance and Economics from the University of Southern California in 1981.

Cathie has been recognized as an influential fund manager across various outlets. In 2018, editors at Bloomberg acknowledged Cathie by selecting her to its second annual Bloomberg 50 list of people across business, entertainment, finance, politics, technology, and science who have defined global business. Additionally, Fortune named Cathie to its exclusive roundtable of experts in the annual Fortune Investors Guide: The Best Investing Advice for 2019 From Fortune’s Experts. In 2016, Cathie received the “Women in Finance – Outstanding Contribution Award” from Market Media. Cathie also has been a featured speaker at the World Economic Forum (China) in 2016 & 2017, the World Strategic Forum (Miami) in 2017, The Sohn Hearts and Minds Investment Leaders Conference (Australia) in 2018 and 2019, and Singularity University’s Exponential Finance in 2017 and Global Summit in 2019.

In 2018, Cathie launched the Duddy Innovation Institute at her alma mater, Notre Dame Academy in Los Angeles. The institute offers a challenging educational experience for young women eager to stretch their learning beyond the boundaries of traditional acquisition of knowledge, while influencing a new way of thinking and learning throughout campus.

Grant Banko joined ARK in March 2024. As Client Portfolio Specialist, Grant works directly with ARK’s investment team to create and deliver in-depth knowledge to internal and external clients. 

Prior to ARK, Grant was a Client Portfolio Manager at AllianceBernstein where he served as a specialist on the Concentrated Growth Equity and Select US Equity Platforms. Prior to joining AllianceBernstein in 2022, Grant held various business development roles at Franklin Templeton Investments over the span of five years, the majority of his time spent as a specialist for the Templeton Global Equity Group. Grant holds a Master of Business Administration from University of Florida and Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Eckerd College.

Tom Barker, CAIA joined ARK in October 2021. As a Director and Product Specialist, Tom works closely with clients and the sales team to promote an understanding of the ARK product range.

Prior to ARK, Tom was an ETF Product Strategist at Invesco and worked at Jupiter Asset Management as well as holding a Senior Analyst position at alternative assets data provider Preqin. Tom is a CAIA charter holder and a graduate of Newcastle University with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics.

Florian Berberich joined ARK in September 2021. As Director - Head of German Speaking Regions, Florian is responsible for the coverage of our entire range of clients in Germany, Austria & Switzerland and is consulting institutional investors on the use of thematic and sustainable ETFs by ARK Invest in the context of their portfolio construction. He is developing strategic initiatives and partnerships in the region and serves as sparring partner for portfolio managers and research analysts.

Prior to ARK, Florian worked as an Associate in the London office at Bloomberg LP where he covered German buy-side clients, focused on ETFs, ESG and Portfolio Management solutions. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Birmingham. He is a native German Speaker born in Munich, Germany. 

Rahul joined ARK in September 2023 following ARK’s acquisition of Rize ETF (now ARK Invest Europe), of which he was Co-Founder and Director. Rahul is a Managing Director and Global Head of Index in Europe as well as Director on the board of the ARK Invest UCITS ICAV. An expert strategist in thematic and sustainable investments, Rahul is responsible for spearheading global systematic (self-indexed) strategies, overseeing European UCITS product strategy and implementation, and leading investment research alongside managing our product specialist team. His research focus includes the Energy Transition, Food Sustainability, and the Digital Economy.

Prior to ARK’s acquisition, Rahul served as Co-Founder and Director of Rize ETF, Europe’s first specialist sustainable thematic ETF issuer launched in 2020. Prior to Rize ETF, Rahul served as Co-Head of ETF Investment Strategies at Legal & General Investment Management (LGIM), a platform LGIM acquired from ETF Securities in 2018. Working in the ETF industry since 2010, Rahul has developed a profound expertise in systematic investment strategies and product development, covering the full spectrum from ideation to strategy formulation.

Rahul earned his Master’s Degree in Finance from IE Business School in Madrid, Spain. He is fluent in Swedish, French, and Hindi, and possesses conversational proficiency in Spanish.

Beth joined ARK in October 2021. As Administrative Assistant, Beth manages day to day tasks for the executive team and assists any others where needed. Prior to ARK, Beth worked five years as Executive Assistant for MHK, a healthcare organization based out of Tampa, FL. Beth is currently attending online courses at WGU college.

As ARK’s Controller, Kyle is responsible for the management of the corporate entity’s accounting records, financial statement preparation, budget and forecasting, as well as the facilitation of the company’s Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) framework and operation. Kyle joined ARK in June 2022.

Prior to ARK, Kyle was an Assurance Manager for PricewaterhouseCoopers in the Tampa practice office where he spent 6 years within the audit and assurance practice. His primary responsibilities included audit of financial statements and SOX controls frameworks of publicly traded companies with a focus on hospitality, entertainment, and manufacturing industries. Kyle is an actively licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the State of Florida and earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Accounting from the University of Rhode Island.

Ben joined ARK in February 2024. As Marketing Associate, Ben executes on ARK’s daily content needs, helping with every aspect of production such as packaging and sharing the insights of ARK’s research team in engaging videos, generating content from podcast productions, and crafting informative stories highlighting ARK’s portfolio of innovative investments.

Prior to joining ARK, Ben worked at Sweater Ventures, a mobile fintech platform focusing on venture capital investing, where he lead the production of creative assets and helped develop strategic marketing campaigns. Preceding Sweater, Ben worked within the Team RAR content house in Los Angeles, collaborating with a team of influencers to produce viral social video content. Before diving into creative content initiatives, Ben worked at CNBC, where he authored segments surrounding topics like angel investing, personal finance, and innovative startup technologies. Ben graduated from Carnegie Mellon University’s Tepper School of Business, earning a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a dual concentration in Marketing and Entrepreneurship. 

Dean joined ARK in April 2024.  As Legal Counsel, Dean is responsible for overseeing and advising on all legal and compliance matters impacting the European business.

Prior to joining ARK, Dean worked at Invesco where he provided legal coverage to their EMEA ETP business with their expansion efforts in EMEA and across the globe.  Prior to joining Invesco, Dean was an Associate in McCann FitzGerald LLP’s Investment Management Group providing advice on all aspects of UCITS V and AIFMD to a variety of fund promoters and service providers.  Dean began his legal career at A&L Goodbody LLP, a leading Irish law firm, where he trained and qualified into their Asset Management and Investment Funds Group.  Dean is a dual qualified lawyer in Ireland and England and Wales and holds a Bachelor of Business and Law from University College Dublin.

Kellen joined ARK in April 2016. As ARK’s Corporate Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer, Kellen provides a full range of regulatory, compliance and legal advice to ARK on all business matters.

Kellen began his career at the U.S Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”) as a Securities Compliance Examiner at the Office of Compliance, Inspections, and Examinations (“OCIE”) in the SEC’s New York regional office. After OCIE, Kellen was an Attorney-Adviser in the SEC’s Division of Investment Management’s Risk and Examinations Office. Subsequently, Kellen was a Management Consultant at Ernst & Young, LLP in the Wealth and Asset Management group. Kellen received his Bachelor of Science in Human and Organizational Development with a concentration in International Development from Vanderbilt University and his Juris Doctorate degree from Howard University School of Law. Kellen is admitted to practice law in New York and Georgia.

As Compliance Manager, Makenzi is responsible for the supervision and implementation of the firm’s Code of Ethics program and private vehicle oversight processes. Makenzi joined ARK in April 2021.

Prior to ARK, Makenzi served as a generalist Compliance Analyst for King Street Capital Management (“King Street”) for four years. At King Street, Makenzi spearheaded the firm’s KYC/AML and Code of Ethics programs, facilitated all regulatory filings and handled the review of all third-party relationships. Prior to King Street, Makenzi worked in multiple roles at HSBC for three years.

Makenzi graduated from Boston University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance.

Bill joined ARK as the Principal Financial Officer of Investment Products in June 2018. With over 30 years of experience in fund accounting and administration, he leads investment product, account, and fund procedural activities for ARK.

Prior to ARK, Bill was Fund Principal Financial Officer at Foreside Financial Group, LLC, where he served as outsourced Chief Financial Officer for the ARK ETF suite. Bill worked at State Street Corporation for over 15 years, rising to Department Head and Vice President of Fund Administration. Over the period, Bill served as Fund Treasurer/Assistant Treasurer for 56 clients with 750 funds, totaling approximately $70 billion in assets, and oversaw a team of 125 professionals. Before State Street, he was an Assistant Vice President for Putnam Investments in Boston for almost five years, covering Compliance, Risk Reporting and Financial Reporting. Bill is a Certified Public Accountant (“CPA”), and started his career as a Senior Auditor for Arthur Andersen & Co. Bill is a CPA and graduated from Southern New Hampshire University with a Bachelor of Science in Management Advisory Services (Accounting and Computers).

As Chief Marketing Officer, Lisa is responsible for implementing ARK’s global marketing strategy across all channels and partners, ensuring a cohesive brand and customer experience at every touchpoint. Lisa joined ARK in 2015 and has held key roles within ARK’s marketing team, overseeing global brand, communications, and public relations.

Prior to ARK, Lisa worked for five years at the Pioneer Companies, a national commercial real estate company headquartered in Syracuse, New York. As Marketing Manager, she collaborated with all departments to design and implement marketing strategies across platforms that built brand recognition and fostered business development. Lisa received a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Anthropology from Colgate University and was a member of its Division I Women’s Varsity Ice Hockey program. She also received a Master of Science in New Media Management from Syracuse University’s Newhouse School of Public Communications.

Frank joined ARK in April 2021. As Director of Research, Frank guides the research of the Next Generation Internet team. ARK’s Directors of Research recognize that disruptive innovation demands a dynamic and universal approach. By researching across sectors, industries, and markets, ARK seeks to gain a deeper understanding of the convergence among and market potential of disruptive innovations, thus sizing investment opportunities more appropriately. Frank joined ARK as an Analyst for the Next Generation Internet strategy and will continue with many of these responsibilities, focusing on cloud computing and cryptoassets.

Prior to joining ARK, Frank was a Senior Technology Consultant in Deloitte’s Cloud Engineering practice. His skillset includes data engineering, full stack web development, product management, and technology strategy. Additionally, Frank is passionate about the disruptive potential for decentralized applications across industries.

Frank graduated from the University of Michigan with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree focused on Technology and Information Systems, and a minor in Computer Science.

As ARK’s Director of Digital Assets, Yassine focuses on digital asset product development and research. Yassine joined ARK in July 2018.

Prior to ARK, Yassine was a Summer Analyst at Rembrandt Venture Partners, a SaaS focused early stage venture capital firm; and Arena Investors, a registered investment adviser that originates investments with borrowers and other counterparties who need access to financing and are otherwise not able to access conventional sources. Yassine graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Wharton and a Bachelor of Science in Systems Engineering from The School of Engineering. 

Yassine has been quoted on Yahoo, Yahoo Finance, Coindesk, Bitcoin Magazine, and Asia Times, among other publications. Additionally, Yassine was a featured speaker at The Fidelity Mining Summit and has been a guest on notable crypto-focused podcasts, including Marty Bent’s Tales from the Crypt, Laura Shin’s Unchained, Bitcoin Magazine, and Anthony Pompliano’s Off The Chain.

Julian joined ARK in January 2021. In his role as Assistant Trader, Julian works closely with ARK’s Research, Investment, and Compliance teams to help manage model portfolios and execute trades.

Prior to ARK, Julian worked as a Senior Associate at Preqin, an alternative asset research firm. At Preqin, he conducted and published research on hedge fund trends, provided global macro market commentary to clients, and helped advance the quality of their proprietary database. Julian graduated from Fairfield University, summa cum laude, with a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Finance. Julian has competed in financial trading competitions, presented to the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, and has been quoted in Hedgeweek and Institutional Investor. 

Katie joined ARK in November 2020. In her role as Director of Compliance, Katie works closely with ARK’s Chief Compliance Officer and is responsible for drafting, maintaining, implementing, and testing ARK’s compliance policies and procedures.

Katie has over 16 years of industry experience. Prior to ARK, Katie served as Director of Compliance for Atlantic Investment Management (“Atlantic”) and maintained the firm’s compliance infrastructure, including implementing, monitoring and updating the firm’s policies and procedures, and facilitating all regulatory filings. Prior to Atlantic, Katie was Vice President at EII Capital Management for over 10 years, working directly with the Chief Compliance Officer to oversee the firm’s compliance program, including its two SEC Registered Investment Advisers as well as its Registered Investment Company. Katie graduated from Villanova University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.

Stuart is Head of ARK Invest in Europe and was one of the Co-Founders of Rize ETF. He is highly experienced in the full life-cycle development and management of ETF platforms, having built two ETF franchises in Europe and developed some of the earliest and most successful thematic ETF funds in Europe. Stuart’s particular expertise centers around product development and structuring, sustainable and impact investing and legal and regulatory matters.

Stuart is a qualified lawyer and was previously Head of ETF Product Development at Legal & General Investment Management, and prior to that, at ETF Securities, where he was responsible for ETF development / structuring, platform management and legal matters. 

Keith joined ARK in November 2022. In his role as Director of Compliance – Marketing, Keith’s primary responsibility is to ensure all advertising and marketing communications adhere to applicable rules and regulations.

Keith has 24 years of industry experience. Prior to joining ARK, Keith served as the Director of Marketing Compliance at Lord, Abbett & Co. LLC (“Lord Abbett”) for 10 years. Prior to Lord Abbett, Keith was a Vice President in the Compliance Department at AllianceBernstein for approximately 3 years, primarily responsible for marketing compliance as well as retail sales practice compliance. Prior to AllianceBernstein, Keith held various Compliance positions at Goldman Sachs Asset Management, Deutsche Bank Asset Management, Laurus Capital Management, and AIG. Keith began his career working in Client Services in the Securities Lending Department of The Bank of New York. Keith graduated from the City University of New York – College of Staten Island with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management. Keith also holds FINRA Series 7, 24 and 63 licenses.

Nate joined ARK in October 2019. In his role as Trader, Nate works closely with ARK’s Operations and Portfolio Management teams to help manage ARK’s investment strategies.

Prior to ARK, Nate worked at ITG and later Virtu (who acquired ITG in 2019) on the Execution Management System and Workflow teams. His responsibilities included training clients on ITG’s trading systems, creating custom workflows to more efficiently execute in the markets, and running various analyses to determine potential cost efficiencies. Nate received his Bachelor of Science in Commerce from The University of Virginia McIntire School of Commerce with a concentration in Finance and Information Technology.

Nick joined ARK in July of 2018. As Associate Portfolio Manager, Nick assists Cathie in managing investment strategies in non-discretionary positions that, over time, could lead to discretionary control. Initially, Nick served as ARK’s Trading/Research Associate. Afterwards, he transitioned into the role of an Analyst on the Next Generation Internet strategy and will continue with many of these responsibilities, focusing on digital media, streaming technology, and online gaming.

Prior to ARK, Nick worked at York International Insurance and Vestorly, a New York-based tech start-up.

Nick graduated from the University of Michigan with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a minor in Entrepreneurship.

Rong joined ARK in September 2023. As a Multiomics Research Associate, Rong conducts analysis on companies in the multi-omics technology space along with the rest of the team.

Prior to ARK, Rong received her PhD in Biology from the University of Pennsylvania in May 2023. Her study mainly focuses on the regulation mechanisms and physiological significance of co-translational mRNA decay in plants. She also worked on developing the single cell degradome sequencing technology for human tissue. During her time at Penn, Rong participated in two consulting projects, where she performed competitive landscape analysis and provided market entry strategies for the clients. Rong received her Bachelor’s degree in Biology from Boston University in May 2017. There, she studied the interaction between Wolbachia and Drosophila gut commensal bacteria and how the interaction affects host fitness.

Yasmina joined ARK in October 2023. As an Administrative Assistant, Yasmina provides support to ensure the efficient operations of the department, including managing calendars, organizing communications, maintaining filing systems, coordinating travel arrangements, and providing assistance where it is needed.

Prior to ARK, Yasmina served as an Assistant Manager at Sea Salt St. Pete in 2023, having initially joined as a host in 2022. In this capacity, she exhibited leadership and dedication, resulting in such a promotion. During her time at Sea Salt St. Pete, Yasmina oversaw daily operations, tended to guests’ needs, collaborated with co-managers, and provided support and assistance to the employees. In 2023, Yasmina earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminology from the University of South Florida.

As ARK’s Global Strategic Partnerships Manager, Ariel is responsible for identifying, developing, and nurturing strategic partnerships for the firm. Prior to this role, Ariel served as a Due Diligence Manager, partnering with ARK’s client portfolio managers to deliver RFIs, customized product reporting and analysis to clients. Ariel joined ARK in August 2019.

Prior to ARK, Ariel worked as a Senior Compliance Associate at WisdomTree Asset Management. In that role, she supported the sales and marketing departments by reviewing advertising, RFPs, and DDQs. Ariel earned her Bachelor of Arts in History from Scripps College.

Thomas Hartmann-Boyce joined ARK in June 2021. As Client Portfolio Manager, Thomas works directly with ARK’s investment team to communicate in-depth knowledge of investment-level detail to internal and external clients.

Prior to ARK, Thomas was Vice President, Lead Portfolio Manager within the multi-asset solutions business at Goldman Sachs Asset Management for over five years where he managed customized portfolios for institutional clients. Prior to joining Goldman Sachs in 2015, Thomas held various client-facing positions at MSCI Inc. over the span of four years, with a key emphasis on business development within the exchangetraded funds team. Thomas is a CFA charterholder, and earned his Bachelor of Arts in International Affairs and Management & Business from Skidmore College.

Rob joined ARK in May 2022. As the Director of Financial Reporting and Fund Accounting, Rob is responsible for the supervision of reporting, accounting and fund procedural activities.

Prior to ARK, Rob worked for KPMG in Chicago’s Asset Management practice for over 10 years. He was the lead audit senior manager on various public and private funds including mutual funds, ETFs, hedge funds, private funds and fund of funds. During his tenure with KPMG, Rob participated in a two-year global rotation in KPMG’s Sydney Office. Rob is a CPA and graduated from Illinois State University with a Masters of Professional Accountancy and Bachelor of Science in Accountancy.

Tasha joined ARK in January 2014. As Director of Investment Analysis and Institutional Strategies, Tasha oversees financial modeling across the research teams and manages the strategic opportunities associated with ARK’s institutional efforts, the next phase of growth for the firm. Tasha joined ARK as an Analyst on the Autonomous Technology and Robotics strategy and will continue with many of these responsibilities, focusing on autonomous technology and additive manufacturing.

Previously, Tasha spent almost three years as a management consultant for Applied Value, working primarily with manufacturing and automotive clients.

Tasha is a CFA Charterholder and a graduate of Boston University’s Collaborative Degree Program. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a Finance concentration, and a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics and Statistics with a Pure and Applied Mathematics concentration.

Mark joined ARK in May 2022. As Chief Technology Officer, he manages and oversees ARK’s technological strategy, roadmap, and infrastructure.

Prior to joining ARK, Mark was Head of Strategy and Innovation at WPP, where he set out a robust Strategic Technology operating model that spanned core technologies, collaboration, identity, and cloud services. He developed and launched Cloud Studio, a virtualized creative desktop and storage platform. Prior to WPP, Mark served as Global Chief Information Officer at Wunderman and Principal Solutions and Enterprise Architect at Coretech, both WPP companies. One of the defining moments of Mark’s career was co-founding Hogarth Worldwide. Mark built this business into a highly successful $300 million global enterprise that resulted in its acquisition by WPP. He pulled on his technical engineering and creative background to design, develop and launch a new ‘studio in a box’ concept and built 30 post-production studios across the globe. Mark also created and commercialized ZONZA, a Digital Asset Management and delivery solution, and FIDO production platform, the first software tool that managed integrated advertising campaigns. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science in Physics and Advanced Computer Programming from King’s College London.

Jason is ARK Europe’s co-founder and operations lead.. He is a veteran of the industry with experience across the complete setup and management of ETFs. Jason was previously Head of ETF Operations and Portfolio Management at Legal & General Investment Management, and prior to that, Co-Head of the Canvas ETF platform at ETF Securities.

Sam joined ARK in July 2015. As Director of Research, Sam guides the research of the Autonomous Technology and Robotics team. ARK’s Directors of Research recognize that disruptive innovation demands a dynamic and universal approach. By researching across sectors, industries, and markets, ARK seeks to gain a deeper understanding of the convergences among and market potential of various disruptive innovations, thus sizing investment opportunities more appropriately. Sam joined ARK as an Analyst on the Autonomous Technology and Robotics strategy and will continue with many of these responsibilities, focusing on automation, robotics, energy storage, alternative energy, and space exploration.

Sam graduated from the University of Pennsylvania where he studied Cognitive Science with a concentration in Computation and Cognition.

As Product Marketing Manager, Michael leads the promotion, content development, and partner relationships relating to ARK’s product offerings. In addition, Michael oversees go-to-market strategies for new products, manages ARK websites, coordinates regular podcast publications, and works closely with external sales partners, managing the material update cycle. 

Prior to joining ARK, Michael worked at Diamond Hill Capital Management, where he managed the podcast publishing process, operated social media channels, built web content, and ran digital ads. Before Diamond Hill, Michael worked at a boutique digital marketing agency called The Media Captain where he led two client accounts, shot and edited video and photos, and managed a blog. Michael graduated from Ohio University Magna Cum Laude in 2020, earning a Bachelor of Science in Journalism, a Marketing Minor, and a Social Media Certificate.

As Director of Global Strategic Partnerships, Renato “Ren” focuses on identifying, cultivating, and fostering global strategic relationship pivotal for the firm’s growth. His contributions are instrumental in driving revenue and broadening the company’s global presence. Ren joined ARK in October 2018. For five years, he served as the Client Portfolio Manager working alongside ARK’s CIO and research team to communicate in-depth knowledge of investment-level detail to both prospective and existing clients and partners. 

Prior to ARK, Ren was Vice President and Director of Investment Research & Due Diligence at Capital One’s Wealth & Asset Management division. He was responsible for leading the expansion of investment research, third-party investment manager platform, strategic asset allocation framework, and portfolio construction. He also worked as a client-facing portfolio manager, developing and maintaining institutional and high-net-worth client relationships. Prior to Capital One, Ren held various portfolio management, investment due diligence and analyst roles at Morgan Stanley Private Bank, Nomura Holdings, and Legg Mason, Inc. Ren is a CFA® and CAIA® charterholder, and earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Master of Science in Finance from Loyola University Maryland.

Alex Lloyd joined ARK in October 2019. As a Legal Assistant, Alex manages the day to day tasks for the Legal & Compliance teams.

Prior to ARK, Alex worked in Digital Marketing at L’Oreal USA and the Equities division at Deutsche Bank Securities. Alex earned her Bachelor of Arts in English & Creative Writing with a Certificate in Gender Studies from The University of Maryland at College Park.

Daniel joined ARK in January 2023. As a Research Associate, he aids the analyst team and broader firm. He primarily supports ARK’s Autonomous Technology & Robotics strategy.

Prior to ARK, Daniel worked for three years in PricewaterhouseCoopers Dublin, Ireland. He was an audit senior in the Asset & Wealth Management audit department, auditing various types of public and private funds while also studying for his professional accounting qualification. Daniel is an Associate Chartered Accountant (ACA), and a graduate of Dublin City University, Ireland. Daniel graduated summa cum laude in both his Bachelor of Arts in Accounting & Finance and Master of Science in Accounting. Daniel is the recipient of several awards for top academic performance in his undergraduate, graduate and professional examinations.

As Director of Human Resources, Destiny is responsible for developing and implementing HR initiatives, such as ARK’s recruitment and hiring process, employee relations, employee engagement and retention, consistent application of company policies and procedures, and performance management. Destiny joined ARK in August 2023.

Prior to ARK, Destiny worked at Franklin Templeton Investments for nine years. As an Organizational Development Consultant, she worked with teams across the organization to identify and resolve issues utilizing a systemic approach. During that time, she also became an Executive Coach, which helped to build a positive and effective work environment. Previous to that role, Destiny was a Human Resource Consultant, where she focused on performance management, employee relations, and regulatory projects to ensure compliance in a multistate environment. 

Destiny graduated from Southeastern University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology. She’s also obtained the following certifications: Certified Professional Coach, Hogan Certification, Disciplined Agile Scrum Master, and SHRM -CP.

Marvin Mane joined ARK Europe in January 2022. As Associate Director, Marvin covers the DACH region and consults institutional investors on the use of thematic and sustainable ETFs by ARK Invest in the context of their portfolio construction. He is presenting investment cases for relevant themes to investors and serves as sparring partner for portfolio managers and research analysts.

Prior to ARK, Marvin worked as an Associate in the London office at Bloomberg LP where he covered the Swiss market, consulting investors on the usage of Bloomberg's financial software. He holds a Bachelor of Science in International Business and Politics form the Copenhagen Business School.

Nemo joined ARK in January 2024. As a Multiomics Analyst, Nemo focuses on biotech companies with strong engineering and AI/ML-driven platforms and explores the convergence between various technologies and the healthcare sector.

Prior to ARK, Nemo worked as a Senior Investment Associate at Northpond Ventures, specializing in early-stage investments in biotech, techbio, and deeptech. Additionally, at Third Rock Ventures and Flagship Pioneering, Nemo played a significant role in incubating and creating biotech companies at the convergence of genomics, systems biology, data, and AI/ML.

Prior to these ventures, Nemo dedicated a decade to research and academics at MIT, where he earned a Ph.D. in engineering. During this period, Nemo conducted groundbreaking research in genomics, computational biology, and cancer biology, conducting research at prestigious institutions such as the Broad, Koch, and Whitehead Institutes. His academic research career resulted in 16 impactful publications with over 5,000 citations.

Before embarking on his academic journey at MIT, Nemo spent five years as a professional dancer with the Serbian national dance ensemble. Additionally, Nemo has authored two poetry books and achieved back-to-back gold medals at the International Bios Olympiad.

Anthony joined ARK in September 2023 as part of ARK’s acquisition of Rize ETF (now ARK Invest Europe), of which he was Co-Founder and Director. Anthony is a Managing Director and Head of Operations in Europe as well as a Director on the board of both ARK Invest UCITS ICAV and the promoter of the European ETFs. Anthony is responsible for the oversight of the portfolio management and the operations of the European ETFs as well as being responsible for the finances of the European business.

Prior to ARK’s acquisition, Anthony served as Co-Founder and Director of Rize ETF, Europe’s first specialist sustainable thematic ETF issuer launched in 2020. Prior to Rize ETF, Anthony served as Head of ETF Portfolio Management at Legal and General Investment Management (LGIM), a platform LGIM acquired from ETF Securities in 2018 where Anthony was also the head of ETF Portfolio Management. Anthony has been working in the ETF industry since 2009 with a focus on operations and portfolio management prior to being a co-founder of Rize ETF. Anthony earned his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Newcastle University.

Walker joined ARK in March, 2024. As Graphic Designer, Walker designs and produces a wide range of marketing materials. Collaborating with the marketing, client services, and research teams, Walker helps conceptualize and execute campaigns that effectively communicate ARK's investment philosophy and services.

Before joining ARK, Walker worked as a freelance graphic designer for two years, serving various sectors such as arts and culture, non-profits, sports, education, and finance. Prior to his freelance career, he was employed at the Syracuse University Art Museum as the designer. There, he was responsible for designing the museum's visual identity, exhibitions, publications, marketing collateral, and web presence. Walker graduated from Syracuse University in 2018 with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Communications Design.

Matt joined ARK in February of 2022 as a member of the Trading Team. He has over 20 years of buy side equity trading experience, beginning at SAC Capital (now Point72 Asset Management). In 2000, Matt joined Allianz Global Investors in New York City as Vice President and was primarily responsible for the trading of their mid cap and large cap value strategies. In 2007, he joined Goldman Sachs Asset Management as Vice President within their Central Trading Desk team with a primary focus on equity trading for the Fundamental Equity growth strategies. He later joined Logan Circle Partners (a Fortress Investment Group company) in Tampa as Head of Trading, leading the newly formed group in their trading and operations efforts and infrastructure. Prior to ARK, Matt was also Head of Trading at Vinik Asset Management in Tampa, responsible for overseeing trade execution and market intelligence. He’s held similar Head Trading roles at Oakpoint Advisors (Tampa), Datum 9 Analytics (Miami) and MAC Alpha Capital Management (Tampa). Matt graduated from Lehigh University with a Bachelor of Arts in International Business.

Kate joined ARK in July 2024 as an Associate Director - Sustainability. Kate's main responsibilities are managing the integration of ESG principles across investment activities, including portfolio construction, fund rebalancing, regulatory compliance, and leading the stewardship initiatives. Prior to ARK, she worked in various sustainability-focused roles, having spent two years at Berenberg as an ESG Research Associate and just under two years at Union Bancaire Privée as an Analyst for an impact-focused fund. 

Kate holds a Masters of Science in Investment and Finance and a Bachelors in Economics and Politics from the Queen Mary University of London. In 2022, she completed the CFA Certificate in ESG Investing.

Varshika Prasanna joined ARK in June 2024. As a Research Associate, Varshika focuses on digital wallets and payment solutions in support of ARK’s Fintech strategy. Prior to ARK, Varshika worked as a Research Specialist Intern at YipitData, a data driven market research firm based in New York, and as an Equity Research Intern at ICICI Securities in Mumbai, India. Varshika graduated magna cum laude from New York University (NYU), earning a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and Data Science.

Chase joined ARK in November 2023. As a Venture Capital Research Associate, Chase supports the operations and research of the ARK Venture Fund, ARK's evergreen public-private crossover fund.

Prior to joining ARK, Chase was an early employee at Sweater Ventures. Chase interned at Techbuzz, a publication that covers news surrounding innovative private companies in the Mountain West, and at Alta Ventures, a fund-of-funds focused on private investments in South America. Chase has also worked at and consulted for several start-ups focusing on fundraising and go-to-market strategy, paving his path into venture capital. Chase attended The University of Utah, where he received a Certificate in Entrepreneurship.

David joined ARK in January 2022. As a Research Associate, he focuses on Bitcoin and cryptoasset on-chain and market research.

Prior to ARK, he was Head of Research at Adaptive Capital in 2019 and 2020. He is best known for pioneering the emergent field of cryptocurrency on-chain analysis and has created a dozen metrics used industry-wide today, including the MVRV Ratio and the Puell Multiple. His metrics are featured in most major cryptoasset data platforms such as Glassnode, Coin Metrics, and CryptoQuant. David has been quoted in Bitcoin Magazine, Coindesk, among other publications, and has been featured in the Bitcoin Magazine Podcast, Will Clemente’s Blockware Intelligence Podcast, and The Pomp Podcast.

Amanda joined ARK in February 2024. As Marketing Associate, Amanda helps to develop and execute on social media, email and press campaigns. She also analyzes consumer behaviors and reports on marketing and sales metrics.

Prior to ARK, Amanda worked in digital and social content creation, guest relations and writing, having served on the Editorial Board for an independent, woman-owned music magazine. Amanda graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Tennessee with a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations and a Minor in Business Administration. She also received a Master of Arts in Professional Communication from The University of Tampa.

As Chief Investment Strategist, Charles is responsible for providing inputs into research and strategies on both public and private markets, with a particular focus on AI and multiomics. In addition, Charles plays a key role in the strategy and execution of ARK’s venture capital efforts. Charles joined ARK in 2023.

Prior to ARK, Charles's background is as a deep tech entrepreneur and serial founder with a focus on AI for social benefit, primarily in healthcare. He has been a cofounding executive at a number of companies including Freenome, a Bay Area based company of ~500 people working on saving lives through earlier cancer detection. Freenome currently is completing one of the world's largest ever clinical registrational studies in ~42,000 subjects, having raised $1.35B from leading investors including Roche, Novartis, Fidelity, Janus Henderson, and VCs including a16z, GV and DCVC. Charles also cofounded other AI/tech-bio companies including (as Chairperson) Relation Therapeutics Inc., also backed by DCVC, co-led with NVIDIA, plus Deerfield and other leading investors, with whom Relation completed $60M Seed in 2024. He cofounded biotech companies Agalimmune (acquired by a Nasdaq-listed biotech) and Centauri Tx, backed by Novo and Boerhinger Ingelheim, cofounded with the Nobel Laureate inventor of PCR. Charles also cofounded a non-invasive prenatal testing company that brought the first CE-marked NIPT test using next-generation sequencing to market. He has served as advisor to OSE, Oxford University’s ~$1B spin-out fund, and run a venture studio family office.

Charles holds four degree-level qualifications, having graduated with degrees in Psychology (BSc., University College London, 2001), in Medicine (University of Dundee, 2002), MRCS ((Ed), 2006), and Masters (MSc., University of Oxford, 2014).

Emanuela joined ARK in January 2020. As Head of Italian Speaking Regions, she oversees the development of the Italian and Swiss-Italian markets. Through presenting ARK’s innovative product range, she supports a wide range of institutional clients in the analysis and selection of ETFs. Prior to ARK, Emanuela worked in ETF Sales Trading at Macquarie Bank and in ETF Sales at WisdomTree. Previously, she was a Portfolio Manager at EFG Bank and began her career in Macroeconomic and Fixed Income Research. Emanuela holds a Master's degree in International Management from ESADE Business School and a Bachelor's degree in International Business from Bocconi University.

As Director of Operations, Will plays a crucial role in guiding ARK's trading operations, ensuring smooth trade execution, and guaranteeing the steady operation of the funds. Alongside ARK’s CIO and COO, Will contributes to the strategy and launch of new funds, integrating them seamlessly into ARK's established trading infrastructure. In addition to his operational duties, Will serves as Portfolio Manager of Index Funds, diligently managing ARK’s indexed portfolios since their conception. Will joined ARK in October 2014. 

Before joining ARK, Will interned at TIAA-CREF, where he was tasked with financial modeling and forecasting for several business and technology projects. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, cum laude, from Bryant University in Rhode Island and a Master of Business Administration from Baruch College’s Zicklin School of Business.

Harry joined ARK in April 2021. In his role as Compliance Manager, Harry works closely with ARK’s CCO and Compliance team, primarily focusing on trading and investment compliance oversight.

Harry has worked in the securities industry for over 23 years. He began his career with Vanguard Brokerage and Fleet Securities trading both Fixed Income and Equities. In 2002, Harry joined The Bank of New York Capital Markets trading desk and in 2005 was appointed Managing Director and Head of Institutional Trading and Sales. Harry successfully built and executed an equity trading program that facilitated the trading for the bank’s institutional clients which included: Family Office, Hedge Funds, Pensions, Endowments, Corporations, etc. Harry led his trading team at BNY Capital Markets in building an Exchange Traded Product desk where they became the Authorized Participants for the bank’s ETF issuers. Harry has spent the past four years in Compliance with Lincoln Investments. His primary focus has been ensuring compliance with all aspects of trade supervision and surveillance.

Jozef Soja joined ARK in January 2023. As a Research Associate, he focuses on artificial intelligence, cloud computing, and software-as-a-service in support of ARK’s Next Generation Internet strategy.

Prior to joining ARK, Jozef received his bachelor’s degree in applied mathematics with a focus on physics from Harvard College, where his research interests spanned topics in cancer risk estimation and the effects of climate on agriculture. He then pursued postgraduate studies at Cambridge University, receiving a master’s degree in pure mathematics and mathematical statistics.

Paul joined ARK in May 2024 as Director of Northern European Sales, responsible for covering our clients in Norway, Sweden, Finland, and the Netherlands. He consults with professional and institutional investors on their use of ARK’s thematic and sustainable ETFs and is focused on building strong relationships with key strategic investors to enhance ARK’s presence in the region. 

Prior to ARK, Paul worked for start-up impact ETF issuer CIRCA5000, where he led their sales and growth strategy in the UK. Before his time at CIRCA5000, Paul held a senior sales and business development role for six years at the largest third-party marketer in the UK, LGBR Capital. He was responsible for distributing investment products from European and North American boutique asset managers into Europe. Paul holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Geography from King’s College London.

As Digital Marketing Manager, Matt leads ARK’s online marketing strategies, overseeing social media, email marketing, advertising campaigns, SEO/SEM, and performance analytics. In addition, Matt collaborates with internal and external teams to optimize client communications, ensuring we engage, nurture and support our global customer base. Matthew joined ARK in January 2021. 

Prior to joining ARK, Matthew launched a digital media consulting firm where he aided companies, including ARK, in online marketing and social media strategy and execution. Prior to launching his firm, Matthew worked seven years as Associate Athletics Communications Director at Purdue University where he developed public relations strategies and ran social media accounts for the department. In 2016, the USTFCCCA recognized Matthew for his efforts with the association’s Excellence in Communications award. Matthew is a Purdue University graduate with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Relations and Rhetorical Advocacy.

As ARK’s President and Chief Operating Officer, Tom is responsible for the global operations of the firm, screening financial markets for new opportunities and evaluating and implementing ARK’s product portfolio. Tom joined ARK in June 2014 and was responsible for building out ARK’s trading desk, trade integrations, and day-to-day ETF operations. He later became Head of Product Development and led the launch of additional ARK investment solutions in the US and overseas.

Prior to joining ARK, Tom worked in a sales and consulting role for WILX. Prior to WILX, Tom interned at Fidelity Investments in its mutual fund department and consulted on millennial investing behavior at TIAA-CREF. Tom received his Bachelor of Business Administration, magna cum laude, in Finance and Economics from the University of Notre Dame; a Master of Arts in Telecommunications Policy from Michigan State University; a Master of Science in New Media Management from the Newhouse School at Syracuse University; and his Master of Business Administration from Cornell University.

As Digital Architect reporting to the CTO, Pascal helps leverage data and technology to expand ARK’s digital offerings as well as support internal operations. Pascal joined ARK in September 2021.

Previously, Pascal spent over four years at Bosch where he helped start and scale an AI startup in the manufacturing space. Pascal graduated from TU Munich with a Bachelor of Science in Technology and Management, as well as a Master of Science in Information Systems. During his studies, Pascal had the chance to work at ARK as an Analyst covering the Next Generation Internet strategy. Over the last few years, he’s also contributed to the team as a Theme Developer.

Althea joined ARK in April 2014. As Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer, Althea oversees and manages ARK’s administrative support for Cathie Wood and the executive team. She serves as a main point of contact between all employees and external partners. Additionally, Althea manages ARK's event planning. 

In 2002, Althea began her career at AllianceBernstein where she worked for twelve years as an Administrative Assistant to Cathie, who was the Chief Investment Officer for Global Thematic Strategies. On behalf of the Thematic team at AllianceBertstein, Althea also collaborated and coordinated with several senior level managers and investment professionals around the world.

Gaël Thienpont joined ARK Invest Europe (formerly Rize ETF) in April 2020. As Head of European Marketing, Gaël takes the lead in crafting and executing the marketing strategy for ARK across Europe, covering all communication channels and partner collaborations. His main objective is to maintain a unified brand presence and optimize the customer journey across all points of engagement.

Prior to ARK, Gaël worked across Europe in multiple industries and roles, ranging from Marketing Manager (Powerleague Group Limited), Business Developer and Project Manager (Justix GmbH), Country Lead (HelloLaw B.V.), and Legal Advisor (Business Assistance SPRL). He graduated from the University of Maastricht (Netherlands) with a Bachelor of Laws in European Law.

James Thomas joined ARK Invest Europe in February 2022 and holds the position of European Head of Sales. In this role, James leads the sales team's efforts, fosters client relationships, and drives business expansion throughout Europe.

Prior to his tenure at ARK, James amassed significant experience in distribution within the fund management sector. During his six years at State Street SPDR ETFs, James held a senior role in sales and business development, where he was responsible for distributing a broad range of investment strategies to institutional investors.  Before his time at State Street, James gained valuable experience at JPM Asset Management.

James holds BA degree in Politics with Economics from Loughborough University. Additionally, he holds the CFA Investment Management Certificate (IMC). He continually enhances his expertise through executive education programs in sales leadership and management.

Akaash TK joined ARK in July 2024. As an Investment Research Associate, he is responsible for aiding investment decisions by analyzing and evaluating opportunities in the Robotics and Autonomous Technology sector, focusing on innovations that drive significant market impact and value growth.

Prior to ARK, Akaash pursued a management degree at New York University, where he specialized in financial modeling and valuation analysis, assessing the impact of new technologies on company valuations. During his undergraduate studies in India, he worked with a space startup to build the world’s first fully 3D printed rocket engine and led several additive manufacturing projects.

Akaash holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from VIT University, and a Master's degree in Management of Technology from New York University.

Lorenzo joined ARK in March 2024. As a research Associate, he focuses on the long tail of crypto assets including research in Layer ones and other DeFi tokens.

Prior to ARK, Lorenzo spearheaded business development initiatives for three years at two blockchain startups, Zebec Labs and Chainflip Labs. Prior to his involvement in the startup ecosystem, he was an Investment Analyst at CTF Capital, a crypto investment fund that specialized in liquid token investments and yield generating strategies. Lorenzo's entrepreneurial journey began in 2018 with founding his own startup, an OTC desk that facilitated the acquisition of Bitcoin, Ethereum, and several stablecoins for small institutions and retail users.

Lorenzo's academic background is in mechanical engineering, having earned his Master's degree from the Buenos Aires Institute of Technology (Instituto tecnologico de Buenos Aires). This followed his undergraduate studies that started at the École Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne, in Switzerland.

Katie supports ARK’s thematic, cross-sector analysts, portfolio managers, and investment strategists as we craft informative research for investors and the general public. ARK’s thematic techno-economic research—which focuses on developments in artificial intelligence, robotics, multiomics, energy storage, and blockchain technology—integrates deep technology and financial analyses that we share freely in the service of creating a more transparent and democratized investment process. Katie provides developmental editing support and coordinates the collaborative writing and editorial processes upon which our open research relies. Katie joined ARK in November 2021.

Prior to joining ARK, Katie served as Managing Editor for Science, Technology, and Human Values (published by SAGE), the peer-reviewed flagship journal of The Society for Social Studies of Science. Before turning to editorial work in 2008, Katie conducted ethnographic research focused on technology and labor in large, data-intensive, high-intelligence work organizations engaged in technology development and deployment. Among many site-specific topics, she has focused on collaborative subject-matter expertise and the interplay of information infrastructure, invisibility, and recognition in both public- and private-sector organizations. Katie earned her PhD in Communication from the University of California, San Diego, and holds an MA in Interdisciplinary Social Science and a BA in Continental Philosophy.

Dan joined ARK in February 2021. As Associate Portfolio Manager, Dan assists Cathie in managing investment strategies in non-discretionary positions that, over time, could lead to discretionary control. Dan joined ARK as a Client Portfolio Specialist, partnering with ARK’s investment team to create and deliver insight and analysis to internal and external clients.

Prior to ARK, Dan was Vice President and Investment Strategist at Bank of America. His primary responsibilities were investment manager due diligence and portfolio construction for the model portfolios offered at Merrill Lynch and U.S. Trust Private Bank.

Dan is a CFA Charterholder and earned his Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Rhode Island.

As ARK's dual-role Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Chief Strategy Officer (CSO), Paul is responsible for steering the financial and strategic direction of the company. In his capacity as CFO, Paul manages critical financial functions such as reporting, treasury, accounting, tax, and budgetary and financial controls for the global ARK business. Simultaneously, as CSO, Paul aligns the firm’s financial strategy and plays a pivotal role in charting the strategic course for ARK's growth and success. He works across teams to identify new strategic initiatives, potential acquisitions, innovative products, and explores adjacent asset classes, all of which are integral to driving the firm's expansion, extending its brand impact, and driving our financial strategy. Paul's multifaceted role ensures that ARK remains not only financially sound but also strategically agile in an ever-evolving market landscape. Paul joined ARK in 2021.

Before joining ARK, Paul was Chief Financial Officer for ORIX’s U.S. business with approximately $80 billion of assets under management, administration, and servicing, including $10 billion held on the balance sheet. At ORIX, Paul held positions on the U.S. Board of Directors and its significant subsidiaries in corporate finance, M&A advisory, real estate, and private and public equities. He is a CPA with extensive M&A, tax, corporate development, treasury experience.  Before joining ORIX, Paul worked in public accounting with Ernst and Young.  Paul received his Bachelor degree in Accounting and Master’s degree in Tax from Baylor University. Paul currently serves on the board of Healing Hand Ministries, a community-based healthcare center providing barrier-free access to healthcare for the uninsured and underinsured in its areas of operation, and is an advisor to two other charities, Retina Foundation of the Southwest and Family Gateway, a charity serving the homeless families.

Brett joined ARK in January 2014 and has worked alongside Cathie for almost 15 years since their time at AllianceBernstein. As Chief Futurist, Brett drives ARK’s long-term forecasts across convergent technologies, economies, and asset classes, helping ARK dimension the impact of disruptive innovation as it transforms public equities, private equities, cryptoassets, fixed income, and the global economy. Brett also serves on the ARK Venture Investment Committee. Brett joined ARK as Director of Research, guiding and managing the proprietary research of ARK’s investment team.

Prior to ARK, Brett served as a Vice President and Senior Analyst on the Research on Strategic Change team at AllianceBernstein. In that role, Brett conducted thematic research, served on the thematic portfolio’s strategy committee under Cathie Wood’s stewardship, and advised portfolio managers across asset classes. His research topics included Global Energy in the Face of Carbon Dioxide Regulation; Social Media and the Rise of Facebook; the Reformation of the Financial Services Landscape; and the Emergence of Electric Vehicles.

Brett earned his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).

As ARK’s General Counsel, Forest is responsible for overseeing and advising on all legal and compliance matters of the firm.

Prior to joining ARK, Forest was the General Counsel of Angelo, Gordon & Co., L.P., a leading, multi-national alternative investment manager, where he led the global legal and compliance functions for nearly 12 years. Prior to Angelo Gordon, Forest was an Executive Director at Morgan Stanley, where he oversaw U.S. legal coverage of the Private Wealth Management Division.  Prior to that, Forest provided legal coverage for a variety of Morgan Stanley businesses, including structured investments, restricted securities and several capital markets groups. Forest began his legal career at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP where he worked in both London and New York, specializing in securities, mergers and acquisitions and general corporate law. Forest holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from Emory University and a Juris Doctorate with High Honors from Emory University School of Law. Forest is admitted to practice law in New York.

Waihan joined ARK in January 2022. In her role as Digital Assets Investor Relations Manager, she is responsible for investor engagement and spearheading the institutional fundraise for ARK’s Digital Assets strategies. Waihan initially joined as Due Diligence Manager and supported ARK’s product positioning and company branding through the creation of investment proposals and questionnaires.

Prior to joining ARK, Waihan worked as an Investor Relations Senior Associate at White Oak Global Advisors (“White Oak”), where she was responsible for managing investor due diligence workflows and producing marketing materials across various private credit strategies. Prior to White Oak, Waihan was an Investor Relations Associate at Menlo Equities, where she serviced existing investors and supported the fundraise of their flagship real estate fund. Waihan received her Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance, with minors in Chinese Language and Agricultural & Natural Resources Law, from University of Florida and her Master of Science in Finance from Villanova University.

Rae joined ARK in October 2022. As an Associate – Marketing Executive, Rae focuses on developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies within the financial services sector. Her expertise spans international marketing efforts in various industries, including social welfare, sustainable food, and financial services.

Before joining ARK, Rae applied her marketing acumen in the social welfare and sustainable food sectors, gaining valuable experience in adapting marketing strategies to diverse industries. She completed her Master of Public Administration and Management at University College London and earned a Master of Science in Marketing from Durham University.
